You do not need to change your whole business at once. We choose one repetitive workflow, assess whether AI fits and test a small solution. That could mean finding information, organising enquiries or preparing a first response. You keep control over what the system is allowed to do.

Build a small pilot
We test with suitable sample data and clear limits. Examples include an assistant preparing answers from your approved documents, an overview of incoming enquiries or a small internal app. Sending, publishing and other agreed actions remain subject to human approval.

Test, hand over and maintain
We compare turnaround time and quality, review errors and exceptions, and explain how to operate the solution. For continued use, we agree access, tool costs, maintenance and a fallback to your existing process. A maintained AI assistant or app can be a separate next step.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A working, bounded pilot with agreed test cases, a comparison with your current approach and a handover. The results then inform whether continued use and maintenance make sense.
AGREED BEFORE WE START
We agree which data can be used, who has access and when human approval is required. AI can make mistakes. The pilot therefore includes test cases, visible checks and a way to continue without the AI solution. Tool subscriptions and usage costs are identified separately in the proposal.
AI projects are quoted individually. After an initial conversation, you receive a proposal covering scope, price, schedule and any recurring tool costs.

Do I need technical skills?
No. You bring knowledge of your daily work. I translate that into a bounded application and explain how to use it and where review remains necessary.
Can you build an AI agent or app?
Yes, where it fits the workflow. We first establish the sources, actions and integrations needed. You then receive a proposal for a limited assistant or app, with access, approval and maintenance agreed in advance.
What does an AI project cost?
That depends on the workflow, integrations, data and support needed. After discovery, you receive a proposal with the price, scope and recurring costs. There is no mandatory standard subscription.
