Privacy policy

Digital Products Bureau, run by Glenn Moris, processes personal data with care and only for the purposes set out below. Questions about this can be sent to hallo@digitalproductsbureau.com.

What data I collect

Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, optional phone number and website, your interest and message. For an AI enquiry you can optionally describe the task, current tools, frequency and desired outcome. You may state how you found us. If you tick the separate optional box, we attach known campaign labels (source, medium and campaign) and a recognised referring website to your enquiry. For this we do not retain full referring URLs, search queries or visitor IDs, and use no cookies or browser storage. Temporary source labels disappear when you reload or close the page. They are uncertain browser signals, kept separate from your own answer. The free website check processes the submitted web address and caches its measurement for at most one hour.

What I use it for

To answer your question and, if requested, prepare a proposal. Optional workflow details help define the scope. Optional source information helps assess which content and channels lead to relevant enquiries. Your own answer and browser signals remain separately identified; they do not prove an AI recommendation. The legal basis is your consent through the relevant form checkboxes and, once we work together, performance of the contract. I do not use your data for targeted advertising or pass it on for marketing purposes.

The website check and Google PageSpeed Insights

The free website check sends the web address you enter to Google PageSpeed Insights, a Google service, to measure the speed, accessibility and findability of that page. Only the web address is sent, no data about you as a person. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.

How long I keep data

I keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry, and for at most two years after the last contact. If you become a client, project and invoicing records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil our agreement and applicable legal retention requirements. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.

Who I share data with

With the service providers that make this site technically possible: hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and the measurement through Google PageSpeed Insights. They process data only on my instructions. Beyond that I share nothing, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

• Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy, and object to processing where that right applies.
• Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
• You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch) or another competent data protection authority. Where the GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your place of habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Send requests to hallo@digitalproductsbureau.com. I will respond without undue delay and within the deadline required by applicable law; where the GDPR applies, this is normally within one month. If a permitted extension is needed, I will explain why within that period.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and therefore shows no cookie banner. You can read more about this in the cookie policy.

Agreement on private design proposals

To record your agreement, we retain the business, design version, exact terms, language and timestamp with a random receipt. A necessary access cookie remembers your agreement for seven days. We do not record an IP address or browser fingerprint for this purpose. Your agreement is separate from interest, a reminder or declining contact.

This evidence is used to grant access, document the viewing agreement and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of the viewing agreement and the legitimate interest in protecting rights. Evidence is retained while there is a demonstrable need, taking applicable limitation periods and ongoing disputes into account. Recording this evidence does not request marketing consent.
