Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every quotation and agreement between Digital Products Bureau (Glenn Moris) and the client, unless something else has been agreed in writing.

Quotation and fixed price

Each proposal sets out the agreed price, schedule and what is included. Presence is scheduled for one week from the agreed start, once all materials are ready. Premium is custom work starting at €7,900; its price depends on the size and complexity of the project. You receive a quotation before work begins. Additional work only proceeds after you approve a separate price. A proposal remains valid for thirty days.

Deposit and payment

The start is confirmed after acceptance of the proposal, payment of the 40 percent deposit and receipt of the agreed materials. The remaining 60 percent is paid before launch. Any different payment arrangement is confirmed in writing beforehand.

VAT and reverse charge

Digital Products Bureau is established in Switzerland and works with clients internationally. Website prices exclude VAT or other applicable taxes. Tax treatment depends on the service, your location and your business or tax status. Where applicable, a business customer may need to account for tax under a reverse-charge mechanism. The quotation and invoice state the applicable treatment; any tax charged by Digital Products Bureau is made clear before you accept the proposal.

Fixed scope and revision rounds

What is in the proposal is the agreed scope. Presence includes one round of revisions, Booking and Shop include two. A round is one bundled list of changes to the delivered work. If the client asks for work outside the scope, that work first receives a separate fixed price; nothing is ever tacitly added to the invoice.

What the client provides

The client provides texts, photos and logo, unless agreed otherwise. The delivery date is counted from the moment all material has been received. If the client provides material later, the delivery date moves back accordingly. The client guarantees that the material provided does not infringe the rights of third parties.

Delivery and ownership

After full payment, rights to the delivered website files pass to the client, subject to existing third-party licences. Your domain remains in your name; registration and renewal are paid separately. With Care, I manage the hosting. Without Care, we discuss hosting in your own account. Launch follows your approval and payment of the balance. Work is published as a client reference only with your written permission.

Maintenance

Care is optional for websites I build. Basic includes fifteen minutes of small changes per month; Plus and Pro include forty-five minutes. Pro also includes a monthly audit. Unused minutes do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately in advance. Care can be cancelled at the end of the paid month without a cancellation fee. If you leave, we agree the transfer of files and hosting; your website remains yours. Domain registration, external subscriptions and transaction fees are paid separately.

Liability

Digital Products Bureau carries out the work carefully and professionally. Liability is limited to the amount of the assignment concerned. Digital Products Bureau is not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue, or for outages at external services such as hosting or payment providers.

Applicable law

The law applicable to an agreement and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by the applicable conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules, unless a valid written agreement provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or protections that apply to you, including any applicable consumer rights. Design proposal viewing terms

This design is for evaluation only. Without written permission, you may not implement it, have it implemented or pass it to another developer for implementation.

Unauthorised use may lead to legal action and a claim for damages by Digital Products Bureau.

Digital Products Bureau permits your business to view this proposal internally solely to evaluate a potential engagement. Copies necessary for that evaluation are permitted. You may share it with staff or professional advisers involved in the evaluation, provided they respect the same restrictions.

Without Digital Products Bureau's prior written permission, you may not publish this proposal, adapt it for implementation, implement it or commission its implementation, in whole or in part. You may not pass it to another designer, developer or supplier to reproduce it or use it as an implementation brief.

Sharing or preparing a proposal free of charge does not transfer implementation rights. Digital Products Bureau retains the rights it holds in its own original contributions. Your existing logos, photographs and materials and third-party rights remain with their respective owners. General ideas, standard solutions and independently developed designs are not claimed as exclusive property.

Implementation or broader use requires a separate written agreement defining the permitted rights and payment conditions. Viewing or accepting these terms is not an order, a purchase obligation or consent to additional marketing. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

These viewing terms are presented separately for acceptance before access to a private proposal. Visiting this page alone is not acceptance. Existing written agreements are not changed.
