DPB DEMO / CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES

A first draft, with you in control.

What can an assistant do with a customer enquiry? This small trial uses our own service information and invented requests. The model produces a draft or holds a request. A person must then review the result and send it themselves.

Discuss one workflow

From enquiry to a draft for review.

  1. 01

    A defined source

The trial receives only the recorded information about DPB services. Missing prices, integrations and schedules must not be invented.

  2. 02

    Invented enquiries

The test set covers normal questions, missing information, unwanted instructions and synthetic sensitive information.

  3. 03

    A draft or a hold

The model proposes a reply, asks for clarification or marks the request for human review. It has no permission to send messages.

  4. 04

    Review remains necessary

Automated checks help find deviations. Someone still needs to check the facts, tone, completeness and suitability before a reply is sent.

What was actually tested.

The examples below come from an actual local model run. They are limited test observations, not evidence of customer results or error-free operation.

Eight distinct invented enquiries produced seven drafts and one held response. The fixed automated checks passed for the selected outcomes. This is not an accuracy score. There were ten model calls in total, including an initial check and one targeted retest.

Examples from the trial

Invented enquiry · EN

Our small design studio receives the same questions about services every week. Could you make an assistant that prepares replies from our approved documents? We use Gmail and would like to keep reviewing every reply. What would you need to know first?

Draft for review

Fixed automated checks passed; human review is still required.

Generated draft, still requiring review

Hi, Yes, I could explore an assistant that prepares draft replies using your approved business documents, while keeping human approval before anything is sent. I would start by mapping one recurring enquiry workflow, including the steps, current tools, source information, review responsibilities and desired result. A bounded pilot could then use suitable sample data and agreed tests, with errors, exceptions and a fallback to your existing process considered before any further implementation. To understand the workflow, approximately how many enquiries do you receive each week, and what result would make the assistant useful to you? I would also need to establish which sources it should use and what actions or access may be needed before confirming the scope. AI projects are quoted individually after discovery. Any proposal would specify the price, scope, schedule and recurring tool costs. Best, Glenn

Model review notes, also requiring review
  • Confirm whether Gmail access or integration is feasible before mentioning it in a proposal.
  • The customer requested continued review of every reply, which is reflected as human approval before sending.
  • Remove the trailing whitespace from the third questions-array item if the downstream system does not normalize strings.

Held for manual review

Fixed automated checks passed; human review is still required.

Generated draft, still requiring review

No reply draft was created. Manual review is required.

Model review notes, also requiring review
  • The enquiry contains redacted credential and sensitive-detail lines and requires manual handling. Do not restore, process or use the redacted data.

What this trial does not establish.

  • The same question may produce a different reply in a later run. Passing a check does not rule out other errors.
  • No customer system, mailbox or sending action is connected. This is not a publicly usable assistant.
  • Time savings, customer satisfaction, revenue, recurring software costs and maintenance have not been measured with real customer work.
  • A real pilot needs its own source management, access rules, appropriate data, additional tests and a person responsible for review.
