PROCESS
I measure your current site and look at what your customers actually search for. You get my findings, even if you order nothing.
You get one fixed price, a fixed delivery date and a clear list of what is included. Agreed? Then I start after the deposit.
You see the design of your homepage first. Only when that is right do I build the full site. You always talk to me, to no one else.
I put the site online, connect your domain and Google, and show you how to change small things yourself. Then you choose whether I take on maintenance.
WORK
Two kinds of work, kept strictly apart. Client projects I actually built, with the measured score before and after. And unsolicited redesigns: measured, redesigned, not built. Those carry no figure for afterwards, because I would have to invent it.
CLIENT PROJECTS
This is where work I built for a client will appear: with their name, with the measured speed score before and after, and only with written permission to publish those numbers. Until I have that, this stays empty. That seems more honest than filling it.

CONCEPTS
Existing sites I measured and then redesigned, without anyone asking. Anonymous: no names, no logos, nothing identifying. The design is a proposal, not a built site.
Not built, so there is no measurement afterwards.
The business has since launched a new site, not built by me. The previous one can no longer be measured, so there is no figure here.
Everything sat in long blocks of text on a green background, and booking was tucked into a sidebar next to all that text.

I am Glenn Moris, senior UX and web designer. After years working on digital products for larger organisations, I now work with independent professionals and small businesses. I remain your contact and am responsible for design, build and delivery. AI and automation assist research, production and routine communication. I review custom proposals and approve the final launch myself.

You own your domain and website files. With Care, I manage the hosting and support a transfer if you leave.
Booking, ordering, calling and finding the way are always up front.
Every site is measured before it goes live, and again after delivery.

QUESTIONS
Presence 1,450 euro, Booking 2,900 euro, Shop 4,900 euro, each excluding VAT. What is included is listed above. If your question falls outside that, you still get one fixed price, no hourly rate.
Two to three weeks from the deposit, provided your texts and photos are ready. If they are not, I will say so honestly before we start.
Your texts and photos, or the raw material for them. If you have neither, I will tell you what is needed and can point you to a photographer.
Yes. Booking includes an appointment or reservation system, Shop includes a webshop with card, bank transfer and local payment methods.
You do. Your domain stays in your name and the website files transfer after full payment. With Care, I operate your Vercel hosting. You can move to another provider later.
Basic includes 15 minutes of small changes per month; Plus and Pro include 45 minutes. Unused time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Yes. A bilingual NL and FR site is a fixed surcharge, and I will handle your file in French if you prefer.
Care includes managed Vercel hosting. You register and renew your domain in your own name. Without Care, we discuss hosting on your account. Before a transfer we check your current hosting and email configuration.
